'Alice through the looking glass and into Wanderland'

'Alice through the looking glass and into Wanderland' is an exciting performing arts production brought to you by Stolen Thread Productions CIC / The Way Theatre.

"An open air walkabout theatre production in the park to the delight of all ages, come and join us down the rabbit hole" 

About this event

Today, at 6:50 PM on the date of Saturday the 30th of July, an exciting and nostalgic event is offered to us in the form of a theatrical performance. This innovative walkabout production immerses an audience of all ages in the magical world of Alice in Wanderland, giving the opportunity to bring picnic equipment and easily maneuverable chairs. 

Stolen Thread Productions CIC has promised that the event will go ahead regardless of weather conditions.

A week prior, Stolen Thread Productions CIC / The Way Theatre talked about the event in great detail:

"We cordially invite you to join Stolen Thread after a COVID break as we revive your local parklands in association with The Wildlife Trust to bring you 'Alice'. Join us down the rabbit hole and through the looking glass with the delights of Alice's tales regaled live in the park. This magical production is suitable for everyone and we aim to give you the experience of a lifetime. Stolen Thread is well-known for bringing out the macabre and mysterious to life right in front of your eyes after their critically acclaimed works with 'Wind in The Willows', 'It's A Wonderful Life' and 'Would you go down in the woods tonight...'.

As this is a walkabout production please be aware that you will be moving around the park from scene to scene. Please feel free to bring chairs that are easily maneuverable, a picnic and even a blanket should you need it. All performances will go ahead come rain or shine. Any queries, questions or accessibility needs don't hesitate to contact the company to discuss. Please check parking before arrival as we cannot guarantee spaces. Also we advise people to arrive 15 minutes to half an hour before the performance in order to get settled with tickets and ready for your promenade leaders to take you away to Wanderland. "

Beverages and food may be available to purchase from your local park dependant, however the production team encourages to bring a packed lunch.
